What is your return policy?
We wish for you to be entirely satisfied with your Louissanka purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged, including all original packaging, boxes, and certificates. Due to hygiene standards, tableware and kitchen essentials that have been used or washed are strictly non-returnable.
How do I initiate a return?
To begin the return process, please contact our Client Services to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.
Please ensure that all fragile items, such as ceramics, glassware, and decorative objects, are securely repacked in their original protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Louissanka reserves the right to refuse returns if the item arrives damaged due to improper packaging.
Are there any return fees?
Louissanka offers complimentary return shipping for all orders within the United States. For international returns, shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the client.
How long will my refund take?
Once our artisans have inspected and approved the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the transaction to be finalized by your financial institution.
Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges are available for items of the same value or as a credit towards a new piece. Please reach out to our concierge team to coordinate the exchange and ensure the desired item is reserved for you.
